ÌI told the staff I am going to the atm outside the casino and coming back since they refused to let me draw money at their cashdesk. 12h30. They refuse to let me in again or to collect my personal stuff at the machine where I played. After losing R30k in the house favor and get treated like that, while the business hours are open until 02h30 I am really very disappointed in Rustenburg Branch staff. This is unprofessional.
